Municipal WasteHub owns the land on which the facility sits and leases the property to MWS. Municipal WasteHub has all the rights of a landlord over it tenant consistent with the terms of the Site Lease. Municipal WasteHub and Innovative Resource Recovery co-own the MWS facility.
